When I saw it, I thought I was going to hate it…but I looooved it!!!! Still having trouble with the ninja jumps…I’m going to practise a few reps everyday…along with the pistol squats !!?? :-)
Got through 2 rounds in 8:44 and totally KILLED ME! Couldn’t go on to complete the 10 mins.
I felt bad for not pushing on so when I caught my breath I did the flying burpee challenge: 17 flying burpees in 3 minutes =D
Holy spaghetti arms ! Wow I didn’t think i would be able to do this one without modifications I’m so glad I tried it and did it !! I’m still wrapping my brain around the fact that I am fit and strong :)
Love these workouts. Are the old ZWOWs still going to be on your site when she opens the ZGYM? I use them a lot for my weekly workouts and go back to them from time to time.

yay! finished the third round, took me an xtra 2:30
Crazy!!!! No energy after close to no sleep last night but was determined to push through on this one. Wowzers! Now I just have to get through the morning kettlebell workout (which I should have done this morning but swapped for a pot of coffee instead) and I will have earned pizza for dinner ;) Can’t believe I’ve finally made it through all the free 70 ZWOWs at least once. Next goal is to beat my scores on ZWOW #31 – #70 :)
Think my inner b**ch is away on holiday, really struggled with this. Had to break the one armed push ups into sets of 5 as I was in pain on the first set. Not a huge fan of this one, you really have to focus on form or it can go horribly wrong.
