I used 2x3kg dumbbells
With no weights. Much easier but still…

Not sure how but I injured my shoulder with this workout. Probably wont try this one again if so ill take special care to keep proper form

Killer jump lunges!
is used 10 pounds, but *only* for the ski squats. i can’t even *imagine* for the jump lunges, yuck!

15# dumbbells for everything except lunges
I did this for 14 minutes. Heart rate monitor says I burned 148 calories (I’m 140 lb 5’7″).
This one is tough on your thighs!!! 8lb dumbbells
2 x 4kg dumbbells for everything except the scorpions. Killer on the thighs!!
12# dumbells. Will go lighter next time. Jump lunges with weight is killer!!!
