Good workout.
First time… I’m satisfied with my score because I managed to do regular push ups :)))
using small weights…
Finished 3rd round after timer. 16kg kettlebell. Loved this one. Goal for next time is focus more on my form for the stretch part of the burpees – I was a bit wobbly at times. Quick water break then onto kettlebell maintenance workout :)
