Hard as hell had to modify the break dance push-ups for the last few
2 modifications: no jumps (’cause I knew ;)) and from the 20th breakdance, I didn’t do the tuck in, I just kept my leg up. I’ll probably try 3 rounds of 20 next time…I found 60 reps tough on the mind! But I’m exhausted now and I needed this…Now going to visit my best friend in hospital for bone cancer…Please wish her luck!! She needs all the positive energy of my fellow warriorz!

I lost the knee tuck during the breakdance push up, I think after first four push ups. I did them though all on one leg. (And I did use the crab position for a bit of rest between them :-))
If you girls did full breakdance push ups (60x) with knee tuck, I bow to you in respect.
ok…the only mod was a time-mod: i didn’t think i would even start if it was 60 reps at a time, so i did three rounds of 20. WOW
This was a good workout.
I mixed up monkeys and lunges.. did monkeys first D: …Was reduced to knee pushups really early on the breakdance..
No modifications other than a two second sit down and shake my arms after each 20 push ups. Not sure I can vouch for my form by the end, and will rewatch the video to check I was doing the monkey ones right – they are weird!! One of the toughest workouts I’ve done – tough on the mind as well as the muscles. Right, I think I’ve earned pizza for dinner!! ;)
Not happy with my time. But hate this workout! Tried 3 rounds of 20 reps for each this time but it seemed no easier psychologically. Not sure I’ll do this one again, probably my least favourite :(
I could only do 20 breakdance pushups, then did 20 normal pushups and 20 knee pushups.
3 rounds of 20: break dance push-ups on 1st, modified to full push-ups as the twist was tweaking a sore hip flexor :(
