yay! the first time, it took me 22:14, so i was very excited :)))))
i followed this up with zuzka’s tree pose pushup challenge. did two rounds (10 hip dips L, 5 pushups, 10 hip dips R, 5 pushups = 1 round) in 3 minutes.
Lots of sweat and it looked like nothing much all together ;-)

Only my 4th workout since having a baby 7 weeks ago. I used to be able to crank these workouts, and I can’t wait to get back into shape!
Ooh I love this one!! Although I’m not sure I fancy my chances now of going for the afternoon bike ride I had planned! After this and the before breakfast kettlebell session my glutes are screaming
I’ll admit I had a short pause for a water break after each round but in my defence I’m still getting my fitness back after a chest infection and I was starting to feel dizzy :S Now onto the arm and lower back mini workout as punishment for slacking! ;)
My butt hurts ;). Those deadlifts and leg lifts were killing me!

Wow, what a surprise! Now I’m curious about my next try with this workout.
Argh, I thought my score would be around 24 min. because I did the first 2 rounds in 16 minutes. So I guess that’s my goal for the next time :).
