- 1 Really Heavy Kettlebell (Zuzka used a 44 pound kettlebell)
- 1 Swiss Ball

Tough one love it
Loved this one! I need to work more with the swiss ball to improve my balance but lots of fun. 16kg (35lb) kettlebell (heaviest I’ve got at the moment). Already did Zuzka’s morning kettlebell workout before breakfast today so that’s 241 kettlebell swings in total today. I’ll be lucky if I can walk tomoro!! ;)
Still trying to get my fitness back on track after being laid up with a chest infection last week. Looking forward to coming back to this one another day to beat my score
Needed to modify both 1 leg moves to 2 legs…next time :)
