Used a 10kg single weight.
I find leg and buttock exercises a torture. Abdomen is easy and arms I usually do without thinking but leg OMG.
I tried not to stop at all, I was loosing balance on the last exercise, I focused on a proper form but sometimes had to rest my bend leg for a sec or two.
Great exercise though.

I used 24lbs single arm swings and 15lbs for deadlifts
Used a 10kg single weight too.
Weighted One Leg Dead Lifts is very hard.
Did with 20 lbs. I haven’t beaten one of Zuzka’s scores in a WHILE! I feel great! And I am sweating like crazy…
Only had a 15lb and 35lb kettlebell so I used the 35 for dumbbell swing and the 15 for one leg dead lifts. Would use 26 for both next time.
Used 25 lb dumbell. Fun workout. Flew by.

16kg kettlebell for swings and dead lifts, 2 x 4kg dumbbells for the lunges. Tough one! Leg and bum focused workouts make my heart race like mad! Good challenge for today as I know I’ll miss my workout tomorrow (doped up on anaesthetic from the dentist) – at least my muscles will have a chance to recover!!
16kg kettlebell for swings and dead lifts, 2x6kg dumbbells for the lunges. Short but effective! :)

I loved this one so much I did a 4th round (finished in 15:23). HRM says I burned 165 calories.
I used a 2kg dumbbell instead of the kettlebell.

I used 4kg for the kettlebell swings and 2kg for the dead lifts. Hopefully next time I finish this workout under 15 minutes.
I did this last week.
I started the workout pretty good and thought the 15 minutes were easy. Then I somehow lost a lot of time in the last round :(. So my goal for next time remains the same…
(14:53) I did it :). Now next goal is under 14 minutes. Let’s see when I can accomplish that.
