I don’t believe it! Haven’t beat zuzka’s score in weeks… maybe I’m finally getting back in shape after the holidays…
Tried proper pistol squats…holding on to a chair. So tough!
My abs hurts so much after knee hugs!
it’s weird that i beat z by so much. i will go back on this one and make sure i didn’t miss anything. but i rock the plank jump tucks. owned it!
The jumping lunges were a killer exercise in combination with leg lift. I found this time pistol squats easier then the jump lunges. I have to say I love cobra stretching.
Really enjoyed the stretching as part of the workout (as sometimes I forget afterwards). Next time I mustn’t sacrifice the stretching time just to beat my score!!

Just followed along today, modified pistols to sit to a chair as I can’t quite do those yet ;)
I really need to get faster…
:) The first pistols after the jump lunges were really hard.
I think here and there I could push a little harder except the knee hugs and leg lifts. My abs were burning.
This was intense but I love how the stretching breaks it up a bit. I probably dragged the stretching out too much because I love the feel of a good stretch. I also couldn’t do proper pistol squats. Instead I did really low one-legged squats (other leg hangs out behind).
I don’t know how long I’m holding the stretches. Next time I try controlling it with my stopwatch. But nonetheless I’m still loosing a lot of time with the knee hugs. My poor abs…
