#47 killed my abs and this didn’t help them heal lol, even after 2 days of rest. Still not back to where I was before the holidays. :( I used 15lb dumbbells for the jump squats. Goal for next time: 5.5 or 6 full rounds!
Need to step up to keep up with you guys! Feels great though..

Pushups kill me! I’ve been doing the wrong form for a while now, which has really targeted my back more than my chest. Now I’m committed to keeping the proper pushup form and it HURTS!! :)
So glad I didn’t have to do another round of pushups….

Using 2x 8lb dumbbells.. Had a reaaally hard time with the pushups! I think i was down to half pushups near the end…

This is my second time doing this beat it by a round
11lb dumbbells. Finished the last round off after the timer had finished. Liked this one but I’m dead after it!! Those pushups start off being quite fun but end up being an invention of the devil!!! ;P

That was hard. But I managed to complete 4 rounds. Yeah!
Oh, I forgot. This time I used 2kg dumbbells.

It was all pretty easy…except those darned Breakdance pushups! ! OH MY DOG!! They kicked my butt! I’m sweatier than a sweaty pig on a hot day!
I usually do normal push ups but not as deep as they should be (chest to the floor). So this time I did a modified competition push up: I get down from the full plank and then I push up with my knees still on the floor. That was so much harder than my version of the normal push ups which slowed me down a lot.
I hope that I can finish 4 rounds with this modification in a few month.
