- Two dumb bells (Zuzka used two 8lb dumb bells for the jumps)

1 super girl pushup away from 6 full roundsA 2 exercise ZWOW is VERY misleading! The ab splitters are fine on their own, the supergirl pushups are fine on their own but put them together for one full move and OMG…brutal! Getting back to where I was after taking a break for the holiday’s is absolutely killing me. I felt so slow and drained after the first round. I used 2 15lb dumb bells for the jumps.
