- Two dumb bells (Zuzka used two 8lb dumb bells for the jumps)

I finally got around to watching the video again and actually doing this one and updated Z’s score. Nice work Zoe, you beat her both times since she never actually finished round 5! :)

I followed zuzka! Seemed longer! Great ab workout. I like the rolling around and the simplicity of it :-)

1 mile warm-up, 8:49, followed by 10 hill sprints, then this workout. awesome.
Used 2-5lb weights
A 2 exercise ZWOW is VERY misleading! The ab splitters are fine on their own, the supergirl pushups are fine on their own but put them together for one full move and OMG…brutal! Getting back to where I was after taking a break for the holiday’s is absolutely killing me. I felt so slow and drained after the first round. I used 2 15lb dumb bells for the jumps.

That was perfect for an early morning workout!
Oh and I used two 15# dumbbells
But I modified it
Whew! Simple yet very effective.
It’s odd how with some ZWOW’s I beat my old times (like this one), and in other ZWOW’s I do worse. I just don’t get it!
15lbs weights
11lb dumbbells – lowered the weight from yesterdays workout as my arms were still aching and I need some strength left for painting today! Fun workout.
6kg dumbbells. Finished the 7th set just after the timer. Goal for next time – 7 full sets in 12 mins!
Woo! That was tough! Really need to sort out an exercise mat – my hips are bruised from doing this one just on carpet
