Jesus, that was difficult. I did same as Zuzka but I did chair climbers without the chair, it kept sliding and it got on my nerves :D Perfect workout, one of my favourites :))

You must be in superhuman shape to complete so many rounds in 12 minutes!! Not being funny but are you doing all the exercises the same as we are – i.e. 15 step ups per leg etc and the full 10 chair climbers (10 climbers, down off the chair to push up, jump in and back and back up x10)? If you are then that’s amazing, I just worked my ass off to complete 2 rounds, no way I could make 4+

Finished the last four climbers in 1:02 after the buzzer. Still struggling in the heat (storms later – yay!!!) Love the chair climbers but they take so long to do!
(well 10 secs to spare but no energy spare to start on more step ups)
I like this workout but those chair climbers are really tough on my wrists

Chair climbers are tough
After the timer went off I completed the second round. The chair climbers are really hard. At the end I had even problems doing the in and out jumps.
That one is really tough. My shoulders are burning…
:) Hopefully next time I can squeeze in at least 1 chair climber.
I was about to insert my score when I saw that almost everyone else had done fewer rounds than me, so I went to investigate! I’d accidentally done the last exercise wrong (much easier ). So I went back and actually did 3 rounds of the right exercise and holy cow, they were butt kickin’! Loved ’em!
Phew, that was tough! (1 round + 2 chair climbers)
