    yay! last time, i did it all like she did and got 18:02. This time, i switched the goblet squats for james bond lunges, because i feel like my thighs are going to be too big (dance-wise :P too many squats :D)

      so, last time i did one round with lat pulls and one round with longway pulls, to see which was harder for me (which i needed to work on most) i decided longway definitely, and did both that way this time.
      i love this workout!!

    My heaviest weights are my 8’s doubled up, so I only used 16 lbs, but I’m still pumped I beat Zuzka. >:D

    Got a new heart rate monitor (Polar FT4) and had to see how the calorie burn was compared to myfitnesspal’s calculations. Myfitnesspal underestimates my circuit training! I burned 250 calories in 20 minutes. Not too shabby!

    • Also, didn’t have a jump rope so I did the high knees with my arms out to the side. Just as hard lol.

    25 lb KB, full bombers this time but I know I was shallower towards the end ;)

    I used a 12kg sandbag (did plank pull and push back).
    The dive bomber push ups are tough.
