Finished this one after doing zwow #8…sweating bullets!
Pulse plyo jumps are surprised killers!!

3 rounds 10 Plyo, 8 Burpees & 5! Leg Jumps! So close to 4 rounds! :)
My first time doing a ZWOW. Hard as hell, taking some time off lifting definitely resulted in a loss of a lot of arm strength…I’m ready to get it back though ! :)
swapped dive bomb for leg kicks :) did it in front of an audience, not sure how others do it!
And workout ABS bonus 4minutes 50sec on/10 sec rest.
Zuzka completed 4.5 rounds.
Wow! Those burpees are tough tough tough :-D
not enough room for side burpees so did normal ones :)
well, actually 4 leg kickups short of 5 rounds, but I finished them afterward!

The Pulse Plyo Jumps are killers… my legs were burning after those..
My quads were SCREAMING by the end! Those pulse plyo jumps kicked my butt.

I’m slow so when 10 mins was over I have only done 2.5 rounds so I just tried to do 5 rounds instead!
I just started Zuzka’s workouts, and they’re killing me, but I love it?

This made my lungs burn. The combination of these moves really makes you burn.

Lunge kicks are a doozy!!!
Before and after this workout I did a 3 min (6 minutes total) AMRAP of Ab Splitters + Superman Push Ups. This workout killed my quads.

Finished last 3 jump leg kick-ups after buzzer. WHEW!
This was super burny on the legs!!
