    My first time doing a ZWOW. Hard as hell, taking some time off lifting definitely resulted in a loss of a lot of arm strength…I’m ready to get it back though ! :)

    Trying to get back into a rhythm again, the first full round took me forever but by the end I really was liking the kickups. Gotta get back up to where I was!
