    Mission completed. It took me about 16:11 minutes (I used only light weights for the Elevated Leg Lunge Press because I don’t have any weights.. so I took a waterbottle instead. For the Plank Pull I used my 5 kg Sandbag).
    I also modified the 10 sec. Push Up & Side Lift with dumbbell – I did 5 Santana Push Ups instead each round.

    That was incredibly intense! I used 6kg an had to switch to knee push ups in the burpees by the second round. Still did full push ups for the other exercise though. I also had to do the lunges 5L, 5R, 5L, 5R. Tim used 11kg in the lunges and 9kg in the push ups. This killed us!!!! Can’t wait to do it again and see ourselves improve.
