16kg kettlebell for my weight. Goblet squats were tough….I may have overestimated my strength when picking out my weight!! ;)

I despise the burpees! This was way harder than it looked on video. After the timer went off I set the timer for 5 minutes and did another round, albeit a little slower.
I did a HIIT workout right before this. Used 32 lb dumbbell.
Only 2 rounds. Those Burpees kicked my butt!! They’re better called BUTPEES like another warrior had accidentally called them! Fun fun fun!
