Small weights (wine bottles -full!) Before the crunches, swapped to 5 burpees….Not a Xmas present!
used a 10lb kettle bell and thought I was going to die by the end of it!
Going to be sore tomorrow! :)
That was tough! I had to take a break after every burpee towards the end :-) This was the first ZWOW that my husband did with me and his score was 20:15 (show off!)

That killed me!! I used 4kg db and had to stop after the 2nd set of burpees to strap my knees up. At least I finished it in under 30 minutes :/
wow that was intense. I’ve gotten a lot stronger since beginning these, my goal is to take fewer breaks and push harder!

AMAZING, I WAS FULL OF ENERGY. I HAVEN’T EXERCISED SINCE THE 21ST OF DECEMBER AND I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD GETTING SOME TOUGH EXERCISE. I GUESS I LOST TRACK OF TIME AND PUSHED HARDER THEN USUAL. I REALLY LOVE ABDO EXERCISES. LEGS ARE MY WEAKNESS.
I USED 5KG WEIGHTS AND FOR THE FIRST DUMB BELL SWING 10KG (THAT WAS A LITTLE BIT TOO MUCH). I GUESS I HAVE OVERDONE IT AND I WILL BE ACHING TOMORROW BUT I FEEL GREATL RIGHT KNOW SO GOING TO HAVE A LONG NICE HOT SHOWER :-)
this is seriously tough. i used 8lbs. you need a lot of energy for this workout to make descent time.
IMPOSSIBLE to finish it under 30 minutes! If you finished under that time span, you are a crazy CRAZY super athlete! Instead of dumbbells I used a gallon of water…
NEWBIES & RANDOM ZWOW USERS BEWARE! There’s a reason this is workout #49!!! HOLY SWEAT BALLS! I was putting this one off but it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Was on a roll until I hit the lunge press, then I hit a wall. I used 15lb dumbbells for this one. Goal for next time: sub 20
first zwow back in over 2 weeks. ouch. 9 lb kettlebell. since this is a 365 rep workout i was determined to do all reps, but those burpees were a bitch. i wound up modifying halfway and doing away with the jump. i was getting too sloppy. whew.

6kg/13lbs dumbbells. Weighted the jump squats at the end too just for fun. This one is not for beginners. I could have cried towards the end there…..if I hadn’t already sweated out every last drop of fluid!!! Lol. 5th workout this week and that was a toughie….I’m taking the weekend off!!!
6kg dumbbells and weighted squat jumps. Soooo many burpees! Was so happy when I’d finished the last one :)

I ran 5 km before.
Used 5kg weights and 10kg For the single swing.
It’s a great sweaty cardio/weight session.
used 26lb kettlebell and an 8lb dumbbell. solid sweat!
I must be getting stronger because this workout was easier than I’d expected. Now I’ve gotta just get quicker. ;-)
