Equipment Needed

  • Exercise Mat
  • Two dumb bells (Zuzka used two 8lb dumb bells for the jumps)

    I followed zuzka! Seemed longer! Great ab workout. I like the rolling around and the simplicity of it :-)

  4. SCORE: 6 rounds - 2 ab/pushups

    1 mile warm-up, 8:49, followed by 10 hill sprints, then this workout. awesome.

    Used 2-5lb weights

  6. SCORE: 1 super girl pushup away from 6 full rounds

    A 2 exercise ZWOW is VERY misleading! The ab splitters are fine on their own, the supergirl pushups are fine on their own but put them together for one full move and OMG…brutal! Getting back to where I was after taking a break for the holiday’s is absolutely killing me. I felt so slow and drained after the first round. I used 2 15lb dumb bells for the jumps.

    I did #54 before this workout and I couldn’t do my best how I was tired..

    That was perfect for an early morning workout!

    Whew! Simple yet very effective.

    It’s odd how with some ZWOW’s I beat my old times (like this one), and in other ZWOW’s I do worse. I just don’t get it!

    11lb dumbbells – lowered the weight from yesterdays workout as my arms were still aching and I need some strength left for painting today! Fun workout.

  17. SCORE: 4 rounds+ 8 jumps

    Wow… Not the best one to start back with after 2 week hiatus with 3 sick kiddos :@. I’m gonna hurt tomorrow!!
