Used a small weight, so I did 3 rounds. Difficult one for balance!
Used a 12-pound weight :-)
I like this one! There’s something about knowing you only have to do 2 rounds that got me excited before I started. I used a 20lb dumbbell for the squats and a 15lb-er for the wood chop & the sit ups

I had 2kg dumbbell and for jump squats I had 4kg kettlebell.. I feel soooo good :)
I also prefer this website for workouts! Thank you for keeping it up!
