Used a small weight, so I did 3 rounds. Difficult one for balance!
Used a 12-pound weight :-)
I like this one! There’s something about knowing you only have to do 2 rounds that got me excited before I started. I used a 20lb dumbbell for the squats and a 15lb-er for the wood chop & the sit ups

I had 2kg dumbbell and for jump squats I had 4kg kettlebell.. I feel soooo good :)
I also prefer this website for workouts! Thank you for keeping it up!

with dumbell 5 kg : weighted jump squat, twisted sit ups
with dumbell 3,5 kg wood chop lunge

No weights. Great workout :)
20lb (9kg) dumbbells, switched to 15lb (7kg) for 2nd round of lunges and sit ups as my arms were struggling. Now off to tackle zwow 19……..I really want to fit in my bikini next week! Lol
9kg dumbbells all the way through this time. Wood chops are still tough on the arms though. Great workout, 2 longer rounds is much better :)
10lb DB throughout
Getting better :). The last time I did this workout I needed over 20 Minutes.
I did this a few days ago. It felt great, especially after I saw my score :).
:) I used a 2kg dumbbell and did the sit ups with just my bodyweight.
Thought i could have done it quicker. But that’s OK. Did it anyway.
Oh no, that’s the 2nd time in one week that my score is worse.
Phew, I didn’t expect to finish with a personal best :).
