Great workout! I did full clapping pushups for all rounds and I used 20lb DBs for the 1st round of squats and 15 lb DBs for the 2nd and 3rd rounds

Clapping push-ups were harder than I though especially after burpees and mountain climbers.

Clapping push ups are much harder then they look. There was no way I would not go on my knees.
I used my 15 pounds sandbag.

The burpees were killing me! Strict mountain climbers were super hard too. Used a 8 kilo kettlebell for lack of dumbbells.
My second time doing this workout! The first time I forgot to time myself so I had to do it again just to get in on record :-) Used 8 lb weights this time around – MUCH better than the 12 lb-ers I tried the first time!
Dripping sweat and loving it! I’d rather be doing these outside but now that it’s colder I have to resort to our workout space inside. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve done a ZWOW because I’ve been doing CrossFit but the first 3 exercises definitely gave my shoulders a workout.
Even though I can do the regular clapping pushups I had to go on my knees with this sequence. I used 20lb dumbbells for the squats. Goal for next time: regular clapping pushups!

Jesus Christ and all saints out there ,,, this was a killer :D I have to agree with others, clapping push-ups look easy but are not !!! I’m sweating like a pig!!! :D
I did regular push ups. Next time I need to take my time and do those evil clap push ups. Come on, arm power!

The first time was 13:00, today my score is 12.35 i have used a pair of 3 kg dumbbells, it’s so hardi hate 1-2-3 burpees!
Using 2x8lb dumbbells and doing regular pushups instead of clapping ones..
This time with clapping pushups on knees, still 2x8lbs dumbbells. Disappointed with my time,but it’s really hot and I’m not feeling mybest… Will try to do better nex time. :/
with 3,75 kg.. I can´t clapping push ups, it was strange :D next time Iam goint to do only men push ups without clapping.
Didnt like the clapping push up body felt weird and unstable
Used 8 lbs weights and did planks with shoulder taps
5 kg, only man push ups without clapping
Used 14 lb kettle bell.
I modified it + I didn’t do the squats in the last round
Did this today after #39. 6kg dumbbells. It’s so hot here today, sweating buckets! Off to drink about a gallon of water!

Uff, tough workout. The third round took me as long as the first two rounds together! I think I can’t move anymore…
Yeah :). It’s so hot here (got the sunny side of the building), so I’m really glad that I was faster. I didn’t expect that. I used 2kg dumbbells.
I did this yesterday.
Still far from Zuzkas score. It slowed me down a lot to do so many push ups and the squats are hard too but at least I improved (in spite of the headache I had…).
