I saved time on overhead presses; i only used 5lbs because I have bilateral rotator cuff tears. I’ve rehabbed them, but can’t lift heavy unilaterally-together, absolutely :) Great workout , thanks Zuzka & Marla
Way to scale the workout to your needs Kelly. 5lbs is a good start especially if you’re just starting to build back up :)
i was so excited!! 10 lbs.
I jumped over a jump rope instead of the dumbbells, but I did use 10lbs one!
Like how everything is simply! Don’t need much to work out hard.
#BOOM Killed it! :) I used a 20lb dumbbell for the lunge press.

Awesome cardio! I used 16 lbs for the weighted exercises! I am positive I can improve my score-had a very sore booty from a previous workout haha! :)
Another great workout! Heart is pumping, the sweat is pouring. Love it!
I think I needed a heavier weight, but the 2.5kg was the heaviest I could find when my sudden motivation to get back into Zuzana’s workouts hit me :) This workout was still beneficial though.
Took a long pee break after round 2’s side hops. Def challenging

Same weight. Love this one. Need to work on my shoulder strength more so I can up the weight next time. Mini kettlebell workout next then I’m done for the day :)

Can’t wait to decrease my score…. this was only my second workout since recently having my 4th baby!!! Can’t wait to get back into great shape!!!

Argh, next time I have to push myself more. But maybe I should be happy with this score because somehow my legs felt so heavy before and during the workout. I don’t know why.
