Could only do 10 min at full strength, feeling nauseated now :(
Around the start of round 5 my toes started to really hurt.

I tried to focus on a proper form during my squat jumps by touching the floor every time I went down into a squat position.
Thank you Zuzana I like the fact that your workouts change form, speed and look. It makes it much more interesting then doing only tabata workouts or sets of repetitions.

Stayed pretty consistent push-ups 8,hops 24, push-ups 8, squats 20 give or take 1or 2.,… My 2 yr old son found me laying in a puddle of sweat, decided to hop over me and drink my water instead of handing it to me. :/
