Side plank lifts…ouch!
Had problems with the timer. Did the last 2 rounds in 10 min.
Thought I was ahead of the game until the side plank leg lifts came up. Burn burn burn! I love this workout. Will surely be back to conquer this one again! =)

Funny enough I couldn’t find out how come I was so much faster. I didn’t see the push up in the burpees :-(
68 degree sun is the perfect weather to workout outside in. After 2-3 weeks of not consistently working out because of the book launch this one was perfect and I’m glad that all my strength isn’t gone and I could still beat Zuzka on the first try. I really enjoyed this one! :) Goal for next time: at least 3.75 rounds, maybe 4
Although I’m very conscious of the fact that I wasn’t lifting my leg very high in the side plank leg lifts
Stopped several times to quickly see to my 2yr old. She was trying to get herself dressed and kept asking for help haha
I feel ya, my son was asking me to look at these cards he was playing with. He comes up to me in the middle of the plank leg raises and sticks a picture of a car in my face, heh.

Wow those side plank leg lifts are impossible for me! Could only do 3 at a time and they cost me a lot of time. I know my bum will be sore tomorrow!

I did this workout outside. It was so cold (-3°C).
My side plank leg lift was weird… I can’t lift my leg so high.
I’ve done it before but lost my time, this is one of my favourites

I can’t shake the feeling that I did 4 rounds! But I lost count so I will try to beat 4 for next time anyway. :)

After the timer went off I finished the circuit. Added a few minutes of abs after.
Wow. I was workin’ somethin’ fierce today. Yesterday I took a rest day so maybe that’s why I rocked this?

I totally agree with the explanation of time warping by quantum physics but… How come she starts at minute 4 of the video, works out for 15 and ends at 20’03”?
I think I’d go for this theory: “video editing warps time”

@ Zuzka Fan: I noticed it too. I sometimes stop my time and watch her video. So I did 2 rounds + 7.5 burpees when my timer went off but I continued until “her 15 minutes” ended ;).
Unexpected improvement :). It felt so slow during the workout…
My thighs are DYING! Those pulse squat jumps are insane!
What a surprising score :).
The pulse squat jumps are still brutal. At least the side plank leg lifts are getting easier. I was even a few reps faster than Zuzka doing those. At the end it doesn’t matter because I lost time with the burpees and especially the squats.
We we’re really feeling tired this morning so we pushed ourselves to do three rounds, even though our pace was slower.
I saw that others had a hard time with the plank leg lifts but the toughest part for me was the pulse squat jump! OH MY DOG! MY LEGS WERE BURNING!
This time I nearly lost no time with the burpees except for the last round. The squats are still tough.
I think now I can start hoping to finish three rounds soon :).
