    You guys aren’t messing around!! I keep trying to make myself feel better by thinking that you didn’t start your timers until after burpees! But you guys are awesome so I know that’s not the case! I’m sweating my butt off so that’s what matters. :)

    And that’s not including the 2 minutes where i stopped the clock to get water and breath! This one really kicked my butt. My legs are like jello! I love the lateral jump squats, I hope she reintroduces them sometime.

    WOW, my heart is racing! Mega CARDIO! Did competition burpees (holy, Z was going fast!) but I didn’t have a weighed bar… just a plain old PVC pipe! Did the trick, but I’d like to try with a weighed bar next time. Whew… still catching my breath. Good one Z.
