Did push up burpee as buy in and completed 5 rounds.
Next time I do this one I’ll have to do the same and see how long it takes me! I love that you change it up Shirley! :)

Did burpees at the end.
First ZWOW back after 1.5 weeks and completed this outside on the patio in 93 degree heat. Did competition burpees and used a 35lb curl bar for the overhead squat press….drenched in sweat :)
The Burpees killed!
Always have to take a few breathers with the burpies but getting better. Anyone here over 40? I am.

Did this outside in 81degree overcast. Competition burpees and 35lb curl bar for overhead squat press. Followed this up by doing 10 handstands. :)
Pretty good, but the burpees killed!! First day of following Zuzka’s videos! Wish me luck!!
You guys aren’t messing around!! I keep trying to make myself feel better by thinking that you didn’t start your timers until after burpees! But you guys are awesome so I know that’s not the case! I’m sweating my butt off so that’s what matters. :)

i didn’t realise until the last round that you had to come down twice on the lateral jump touch….wow! Exhausted!
Loved this workout! The touchdowns were tough for me!
Man the burpees are tough… This was at the end of a sucky day, so I’m happy with the result (and the fact that I managed to do it all!)
And that’s not including the 2 minutes where i stopped the clock to get water and breath! This one really kicked my butt. My legs are like jello! I love the lateral jump squats, I hope she reintroduces them sometime.
I don’t like lateral jump touch.. it’s weird :D

Wowzers! Good to get the burpees out of the way. Need to get me a weighted bar I think, the broom just seemed a bit pointless
46, started 6 weeks ago… burpees still kill me but making progress all the time :)
