Was feelin extremely overwhelmed & just did finished this ZWOW and got extremely pumped from beating Zuzka’s time!! (It’s only the second time I’ve ever beat her!) Now I’m ready to work! :)
no burpees and lunges is the reason why i simply adore this workout. pushed really hard with minimal rest time, glad that I beat my previous timing of 29:23.
2.5kg sandbag as my ‘water bottle’. Had to hang on to a rope around the door handle for the last 4 sets of pistols….50 per leg in total is just pure evil and so hard to keep good form when you struggle with them – so frustrating they really put me off :( Shame as I enjoyed the rest of the workouts. Maybe I’ll swap pistols for burpees next time cos that’s easier! ;)

Modified the pistols on a chair. Was slower (about 1 min) than the first time, but then I had to substitute the pistols for backward lunges.
Getting better on the pistols! Love this zwow!
Definitely one of my favorite zwows! I still do the pistol squats with a chair but getting stronger. Loved it!
did the pistols without a chair, but held the wall for balance.
I did modify the Pistols and the push-ups, because i can’t do the regular ones :) Love this workout… i defintly feel my abs now
Pistols hurt
By the end, my pistol squats barely resembled pistol squats, but I still made sure I felt the burn! A very long and intense workout, i love it!
I didn’t do pistol squats but one leg squat. I can’t do pistol squat.. (I’m working on it). 2 kg weight.
