12 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
I redid this workout today and didn’t re-watch the video so I didn’t go all the way to the ground after each wall walk but did a leg lift with every plank wall touch. I think that makes up for it. :)
5 rounds?? you are amazing! i think this is my favorite one…i do the leg lifts with each plank wall touch, too :)

I kept up with Zuzka and completed 2.75 rounds, but I took an extra 40 seconds to complete the round to make 3 rounds!! amazing, my arms are shaking!
I beat my score!! :D took an extra 45 seconds and completed the 4th round.

Great scores everybody! I noticed this time I could walk up the wall a little higher and I did 2 more lunges then the first time, but there I did the workout in 15 min. A little improvement… My arms are killing me, haha!
Oh I love wall walk! I couldn’t imagine it is so ‘shoulder hard’!
Did a #32, #16 and #17 combo for today’s workout and scored 4.25 rounds for #17. I was aiming for 5 rounds to match Marla’s score. Didn’t make it but got closer at least. :)

I don’t get how you guys managed to do this so fast! I did pushups with the wall walkds and my upper body is killing me…
I thought you were supposed to do push-ups with the wall wall…

so hard! But it was really fun! I am soooo happy that I finally beat Zuzana’s score! lol!
Don’t know how you guys do it faster without sacrificing form! Will keep practising!!
Switched from 5 wall walks to 25 modified handstand push-ups off a 30″ box after first round since I didn’t want to smash my face :)
as Zuzka.. but I did 4 rounds because it´s very funny :)
Will do better next time!
