holy smokes! that’s a tough one. I did 3 rounds and then did 30 seconds of plank position sucking my abs in. :)

what a great workout!
i did this after completing an old Zuzana’s bodyrock workout (http://t.co/LLRQktvT). i can’t feel my legs after that.
Woke up with only an hour to work out, get dressed and be where I needed to be so I was movin as fast as I could! I guess it also helped that it was cloudy while I did this and only 75 :)
Well consistency is good I guess. Need to push it next time to get closer to 7 full rounds :)

The mule kicks are my weakness. But I improved on my push ups, did 5 on my feet the first 2 rounds (the sumo arm lift always on the feet). Great workout, as always!
Proud of myself for doing all the push ups on my feet!
I finished off the round once time was done, but only got through the pushups when time was up.
I dont think my mule kicks are strong enough, I’m scared to fall over!.? They feel more like a little jump :-)
Tough one! I focused on proper form on the mule kick. I could just about follow zuzka!!
Funny that when I’m feeling the most weak I kill my previous score! I haven’t worked out in a week, been working on my cookbook. I was pushing for 7 full rounds and that’s still my goal. Did this one outside in 76 degree full sun.
I completed the last 2 side jump lunges just after the 5min buzzer. I also had to switch to knees for the sumo pushups in the 5th round.
The amount of sweat that comes out of me in just 5mins is unbelievable *hydrates!*

All sumo pushups on the toes this time. I don’t think my form is that great with the mule kicks though.
First round of mule kicks felt (and probably looked) so much smoother than the rest!

This was great! The mule kicks were tough! I was a little low on energy so I think I could have gone faster on a better day :)

I felt like I did so good on this one, up until I saw everyone else’s score.
That was my first time doing mule kicks and I already feel it in my butt! Those were tough.
