16 Minute Interval Training, 2 Round all the way through
Goal: As many reps as possible on each interval with 15 seconds rest between exercises.

  • Jump Rope (optional)
  • Exercise Mat
  • Water
  • Interval Timer

    Not that bad compared to Zuzka’s, but I think she had a bad day or something. Usually I don’t come near her scores.

    My modifications:
    1) Squat/Pistols: I didn’t do a full squat. Instead I went down until my thighs were parallel to the ground and than did the pistol up.
    3) Regular High Knees (I don’t have a jump rope.)
