20 Minute Interval Training, 8 Round of each exercise before moving on
Goal: As many reps as possible on each interval with 10 seconds rest between exercises.

  • Interval Timer

  1. I didn’t do the tabata intervals. Instead I just did “normal” intervals wtih one round containing all the exercises. I wasn’t sure if I could manage 4 minutes of burpees without other exercises between them ;).
