That was tough for my shoulders but a fun workout. Sadly I couldn’t do another round but next time I will do all five!
I modified the fourth exercise: I skipped the sit-up movement. Because I had problems with my balance, I was getting my butt up with both feet on the ground and then did a leg lift.
