Side Step Ups (Alternating Sides Each Interval)

20 Minute Interval Training, 6 Round of each exercise before moving on
Goal: As many reps as possible on each interval with 10 seconds rest between exercises.

  • Water
  • Interval Timer

    It was tough but good workout. I forgot how intense can tabata workout be.

    I did the ninja jump tucks just for a few reps because the upper part of my feet were always rubbing on my mat when I was jumping into the squat (I never workout with shoes). Now I have a little open wound on one foot. So I switched and did the ninja jump tucks assisted with my hands.
