There are 50+ workouts and counting and the order does not matter. You don’t need to start with #1 and work your way up just because those are the way she created them. Feel free to try a Random ZWOW to find a good workout that matches the equipment, space or time you have available.
My Personal Experience:
I started with Zuzka when she created the warrior workouts so I have completed them in order. I would highly recommend NOT starting with #1 (or #30 as they’re the same) or #50 as they seem to be the most intense workouts so far. Watch the videos to determine if it looks like a good place to start for you. Just know that sometimes the workout may surprise you (a workout may be easier or harder than you expect by viewing the video) so check the comments before you begin for a reference on what others have thought of the workout.
