In most videos, Zuzka mentions adjustments that can be made to the moves in the ZWOW’s, if you can’t do them as is. If you can’t keep up with Zuzka don’t worry, use her score as your goal. Memorize the workout and do it at your own pace. Just remember, everyone has a different fitness level.
My Personal Experience:
When I first started I couldn’t keep up with Zuzka but now that I’ve been ZWOWing regularly, I tend to beat her score every time.
If you can’t keep up, use Zuzka’s recommendations for adjustments on the moves and see the comments on each ZWOW for recommendations that other warriorz have made. If a workout seems too hard, don’t push forward and don’t be afraid to stop. Do your best and the next time you try, it will seem easier (except for ZWOW #1, #30 & #50 those are just plain hard). :)
