  4. I have been following Zuzana since bodyrock, and she’s awesome!!! I love her workouts how she seems to be one of us even though she is gorgeous and trim and sexy and is just so sweet! I have seen results from her workouts and am so glad I found her again! Keep it up Z!!!

Hey, just wanted to let any WarriorZ with android phones know I found a good alternative to the seconds pro app when I got my samsung, it’s the first result for “workout companion” in the android market/play store. Has the timers already set up for each workout, and a log function that shows you your times on a graph, with Zuzka’s time in red. Also free and no ads, which is a plus.

    Anyways for those of us without iPhones, it’s a super useful app, wish I’d found it sooner and figured it might be helpful for someone else.

  11. First of all this website is fantastic! Thank you Marla!
    I’m working my way through all the free zwow’s and am almost 1/2 way through. I’m just wondering if it is really worth joining zgym and ordering extra DVDs? I’ve read through many of the posted comments about the zwow’s and DVDs. I like schedules and I’m also wondering if specific workouts are suggested for each day of the week from zgym, zshred, zyoga….Ect? Or do you just choose? Would greatly appreciate some input!!!

      As for joining the ZGYM and/or ordering Z’s DVD’s that’s completely up to you.

      As for the DVD’s: I have half of them and I never seem to use them because the internet is way easier for me to access than starting up a DVD. However, I understand some people don’t have a solid internet connection and for them they would be better served having the DVD’s. The DVD’s are very much like the free ZWOW’s, they just give you more variety or focus on different exercises/activities (i.e. Zropes & Yoga).

      As for the ZGYM: I’m enjoying having a wider variety of workouts to pull from but I haven’t used it to the best of my ability yet. Z does provide a schedule each week that utilizes the newest workouts and she tells you what workouts within ZGYM are planned for each day and which days are rest days. You can of course go back and follow previous week’s workout schedules if you don’t want to do the new week’s workout. Since I tend to make up my own workout schedule I have yet to utilize the schedule she puts out. With access to the ZGYM you can see everything that’s been released so you can really pick and choose whatever you’d like to do.

      Once you’re done with all the free ZWOW’s remember you can always go back and try to improve your scores plus I’ve been adding old BodyRock workouts to the ZVault, so there’s even more free workouts on that page too. :)

  12. Thank you for your input. I really appreciate. I’m going to go through the zvault once I get through these zwows and then make a decision about the zgym! I did order the yoga DVD. Hopefully it’s as good as everyone says!!! Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!!!

  13. This website is amazing!! I am also a warriorZ, I have been doing the workouts for 5 months now. I have lost some weight but now that I am in a “good form” I would love to build/gain some lean muscle – like Zuzka has. But I am having some problems with this, I am wondering if Z’s workouts are able to build such muscles – because to do so we should lift heavy weights and that is not the case in her workouts.
    What do you think, what are your experiences?

    • Hey Daniela! Welcome and I’m glad you’re enjoying the site. :) I think there are a couple options for your situation. If you’re comfortable with the ZWOW’s I wouldn’t up and change what you’re doing since you’ve built a good habit of completing them regularly. If you’ve yet to increase your weights on the ZWOW exercises, I think that would be your first step. Your body may have reached a set point and you need to keep introducing new and difficult situations to push through. Heavy lifting is ALWAYS good to add to your workouts! Depending on your schedule if you replace one-to-two days a week of ZWOW’s with heavy lifting such as deadlifts and squats, and create a new and regular habit I’m sure you will see a difference with strength and muscle gain *especially* if your diet is dialed in. If the new routine doesn’t work out I would definitely stick with your current workout schedule and simply increase your weights. Maybe even add Z’s new DVD for ZCUT Kettlebells.

      Personally I fizzled out doing ZWOW’s for a bit when I picked up lifting heavy and with winter I haven’t had a consistent schedule but I do plan to get back into a regular routine soon. Congrats on the weight loss! Looking forward to hearing your progress. :)

  14. I am trying to mix the power cardio and power strength videos so as to not lose strength while doing the power cardio series. Does anyone know of a good “workout calendar” that would a good job incorporating both?
